Claim-Form Processing (FNOL).

For fleet operators that would prefer their drivers to report accidents directly to Repair Link we can complete claim forms over the phone. The completed form can then be promptly communicated to all parties that require it.

We can also work with your insurer, or independently, to ensure any third-party claims against your policy are quickly identified and mitigated.

Roadside Recovery.

Service available 24/7.

Courtesy Cars.

Group ‘A’ courtesy vehicles can be provided. E.g., Ford Ka, Nissan Micra, Peugeot 106. Courtesy car details can be provided for MID purposes.

Hire vehicles.

If required, we can on and off-hire vehicles for you, via your own supplier. Alternatively, you may prefer to have us advise your department when to on and off hire. We can also offer competitive rates from our own hire provider.

Central Billing.

Rather than paying the repairer directly (on credit terms) you may prefer to have all costs invoiced from Repair Link, meaning you only have the one supplier to deal with.

Engineer Inspections.

For most clients Repair Link provides in-house Remote Video Image (desktop) inspections. We can also work with your preferred external or own in-house engineers.

Insurer Chasing.

If your fleet is comprehensively insured with a relatively low excess your insurance company will most likely be authorising repairs. We will contact the insurer to ensure authority is obtained ASAP.

Some insurers also allow us to undertake inspections on their behalf which eliminates the delays that some insured fleets can experience.

Mobile Repairs.

Where appropriate we can arrange for bodyshop quality repairs for minor and moderate damage to be repaired at the driver’s home or workplace.

Please note. Repair Link does not obtain any income whatsoever from the service providers we recommend or use for roadside recovery, hire vehicles and external engineer inspections. You may of course incorporate your own in-house or external suppliers.
