We differ from such organisations in that we compliment, rather than replace, your own internal operations. Our services will be dove-tailed to work fittingly to your specific requirements, utilising your own internal or external suppliers where required.

COST CONTROL.

Thorough engineer inspections allied with competitive terms controls the cost of repairs. In addition, part of our management system compares estimated costs to invoiced costs. As the estimate is generated prior to any engineer inspection we are able to monitor how accurately individual bodyshops are pricing repairs.

DOWNTIME MANAGEMENT.

Driveable vehicles are pre-estimated, allowing authorisation and parts to be obtained prior to collecting the vehicle. Once on site, the repair is truly monitored to ensure the incident is progressed through the bodyshop without unnecessary delay. Every repairer’s downtime performance, including a separate analysis of each measurable part of the repair process, is analysed. Downtime and, any hire charges, are noticeably reduced.

GENUINE FLEXIBILITY.

A fleet operators needs are different, and will vary from fleet to fleet. We understand this and have built our Virtual Bodyshop management system to meet bespoke requirements. Virtual Bodyshop was designed and developed, and is maintained, in-house. This system will be computer programmed to meet your defined operations, or to capture and communicate specified data. We really do operate to your precise requirements.
