Our network incorporates over 180 accident repair centres covering all areas of the UK and Northern Ireland. We undertake repairs to all cars and light commercial vehicles, including long wheel base vehicles and high-tops.

All repairers are closely monitored and rated by ourselves. Each bodyshop is given a PUE (Performance, Update, Equipment) rating based on a detailed monitoring and analysis of the service delivered. The performance part of the rating takes into account many factors, and is geared to ensure we are using repairers that deliver a quality repair, on time, and fairly priced. Ratings are reviewed on a very regular basis. For each repair we select the best available bodyshop for the job. Ultimately, only the best repairers are retained.

Circa 40% of drivers complete our satisfaction survey. Included in the survey are the drivers opinion of both the repairer and Repair Link. 100% of fleet drivers are satisfied with our services. In fact, 65% rate the service as "Very Good," and 30% as "Good."
